In 2009, after more than fifteen years of training alongside Chef Noshi, the head chefs he personally mentored took over operations. Today, they proudly uphold his values and recipes while introducing select new items that reflect the evolving tastes of our guests.
Our menu features classic sushi and sashimi, signature creations such as our California Roll made with real crab meat, and our original Spicy Tuna recipe—recognized by many as the best in Los Angeles.
