Noshi Sushi is a beloved Los Angeles landmark, known for authentic Japanese flavors and a welcoming, unpretentious atmosphere. Founded in 1983 by master chef Shogo Noshi, the restaurant quickly earned a loyal following for its fresh fish and commitment to tradition.

In 2009, after more than fifteen years of training alongside Chef Noshi, the head chefs he personally mentored took over operations. Today, they proudly uphold his values and recipes while introducing select new items that reflect the evolving tastes of our guests.

Our menu features classic sushi and sashimi, signature creations such as our California Roll made with real crab meat, and our original Spicy Tuna recipe—recognized by many as the best in Los Angeles. To complement your meal, the Certified Sake Sommelier curates seasonal specials and a thoughtful selection of sake and craft beer.

While the city around us continues to change, Noshi Sushi remains timeless—serving generations of customers with the same spirit of authenticity that has defined us for over 40 years.
